HOW PRODUCT DROPS WORKS?


We are the first stockless fashion brand: to minimize waste and environmental impact we only produce what has been previously ordered.
As no material or energy is misused making our pieces, we can offer a better price. What is good for the planet is good for you: up to 40% of discount vs normal price.

We launch new products every Wednesday and you have one week to make your order (until next Wednesday).
After the sales period ends, we close the orders and start production in Spain and Portugal. You'll get your order in 10-20 days.

Once a product sales campaign closes, it may only be available again if enough clients join the waitlist (+50).

 
 

DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?


Yes we do!

There’s always a small remainder of stock after drops’ production.
If a product is not going be relaunched, we then make their Last Stock available as a last chance for purchase...

Keep in mind availability for these products is very limited with almost no units and no further restocks or waitlist to join.

These products will be shipped immediately after your order, you’ll get it in 48h in Spain / 2-5 days rest of the world.

All orders may be returned for a size or article exchange within 30 days of reception if they have not been washed or used and they retain the original labels.

Even if we just produce what you have previously ordered, we always make a little more of stock so you have the availability to make a size change once you receive your order.

To make a change of articles or size, you must send an email to hi@laagam.com indicating the order number and the reason for the change - changes are subject to availability of stock.
In 24h / 48h you will receive an email with the change instructions.
