Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order.

You can exchange your order for:

  • Another product
  • Different size or color
  • Store credit for future purchases

Exchanges and store credit are free of charge.

Refunds

You can also request a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Spain: €3.90 refund fee
  • Europe: €10 refund fee

We'll proceed with the reimbursement once we receive the goods in our warehouse and confirm they are unused.

We issue a full refund for the items, but customers will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs paid when placing an order at laagam.com.

Refunds are processed within 8-15 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in unused condition

Canary Islands Customers

Customers from the Canary Islands must cover the return customs fees in order for the goods to reach our warehouse and the refund to be approved.

Important for International Orders

Your order ID on the Returns Portal must include the symbol # before your order number. Example: #12345

International Return Shipping

We don't offer free return expenses for international orders. Delivery costs must be covered by the customer and can be arranged through our returns platform above.

Refund Details

We make full refund of the items once we receive the goods in our warehouse and confirm unused condition.

Note: Initial shipping costs paid when placing your order are not refundable.

Customs & Duties

You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process. Mark your package as "RETURN" to potentially avoid additional charges.

Special Conditions

Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is intact and unremoved. Swimwear cannot be tried on without underwear.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at hi@laagam.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
