We primarily offer ready-to-ship items for immediate delivery. However, we also work with a pre-order system for select pieces—meaning we only produce what's actually purchased. This helps us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary environmental impact.

By pre-ordering, you help us gauge interest and plan our production accurately. This is why some products may show different shipping dates—ready-to-ship items can be dispatched immediately, while pre-order pieces require production time before delivery.

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed, as we process orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible shipping. If your order has already been shipped and has a tracking number, no changes can be made. If you entered an incorrect address, you can contact us at hi@laagam.com to review your case, though we cannot guarantee the shipment can be modified. For changes after receiving your order, please see our returns policy.

We only restock items that have proven demand through pre-orders. If a piece is sold out, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

Delivery times vary by destination. For Spain, ready-to-ship orders typically arrive within 24-48 hours. For other countries, please visit our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery timeframes.

Tip: You can see the exact estimated delivery date for your address by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout—no need to complete the purchase.

Note: Express shipping only accelerates delivery once the item ships—it does NOT speed up pre-order timelines.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking not updating? This is normal during the first 24-48 hours. If after 48 hours your tracking still shows no movement, contact us at hi@laagam.com and we'll investigate.

Express shipping is a faster delivery option once your order leaves our warehouse (1-3 business days vs 3-7 days standard).

Important: Express shipping does NOT accelerate pre-order timelines. Pre-order items will ship according to the date shown on the product page.

All orders may be returned for a size or article exchange within 30 days of reception only if they have not been washed or used and have their original labels.

Even if we just produce limited units, we always try to have extra units so you have the availability to make a size change once you receive your order.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 8-15 business days to your original payment method.

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at hi@laagam.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

No, online order exchanges cannot be made in physical stores for now.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is intact and unremoved. Swimwear cannot be tried on without underwear.
