Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging when possible
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund:

Note: Defective items qualify for free return shipping.
How It Works
- Step 1: Click "Start Process" and enter your order details
- Step 2: Select the items you want to return
- Step 3: Print your prepaid return label
- Step 4: Ship your return and receive your refund within 8-15 business days
Exchanges
Even if we just produce limited units, we always try to have extra units so you have the availability to make a size change once you receive your order.
To request an exchange, use the return portal above and contact us at hi@laagam.com to check availability of your desired size.

Special Conditions
Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is intact and unremoved. Swimwear cannot be tried on without underwear.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at hi@laagam.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
