WHEN ORDERING FROM LAAGAM YOU HAVE 30 DAYS SINCE DELIVERY DATE TO ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE OF ITEM(S) OR REFUND OF YOUR MONEY

  • SPAIN & EUROPEAN UNION

    You can exchange your order for whatever you need: another product, size, color or credit store for future purchases.

    You can also get a monetary refund in the same payment method in which the purchase was made with a cost of 2.90€. We'll proceed to the reimbursement once we receive the goods in our warehouse and unused condition has been confirmed.

    We make full refund of the items, but customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs paid when placing an order at laagam.com.

    Just remember you have 30 days from the date of delivery!

    Important note: we don't offer free return expenses outside of Spain. Delivery costs must be covered by the client and can be done through our returns platform below.

    Canary Islands customers must cover the return customs fees in order to receive the goods in our warehouse and get the refund approved.

  • REST OF THE WORLD

    You can exchange your order for whatever you need: another product, size, color or credit store for future purchases.

    Important: your order ID on the Returns Portal must include the symbol # before your order number. Example: #12345

If by any case you receive a damaged product, please contact us at girls@laagam.com and we will arrange an exchange or return covering the costs of these.

The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please keep a receipt until you receive your refund in your original payment method.

Laagam does not accept items that doesn’t have the original tag or have been worn, altered or washed. some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
