These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") will govern the purchase and sale of products marketed by CID BRAND S.L. (hereinafter, "LAAGAM") through its website www.laagam.com (hereinafter, the "Website").

By using the services of the Website, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions, which define the rights and obligations of the LAAGAM Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the existence of particular conditions for certain services) and to the ordering process through the Website, and they replace any other conditions.
We refer to Users of the Website as any person who is registered or uses the Website. Any person may register or use the Website as long as they accept these Terms and Conditions along with all other policies and principles that govern the Platform, as detailed below.
The services provided on this Website are governed by:
- (i) these Terms and Conditions;
- (ii) any Particular Conditions that may be published on the Website;
- (iii) the applicable and current laws, sectorial regulations, and general criteria and practices.
3. Acceptance of the Specific Conditions
Access to certain content and the use of services may be subject to specific conditions, which, depending on the case, will replace, complement, and/or modify these Terms and Conditions, and in the event of a contradiction, the terms of the specific conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions.
Before using and/or requesting such specific services offered through the LAAGAM Website, Users must carefully read the specific conditions created for this purpose by LAAGAM, if applicable. The use, reservation, and/or request of these specific services implies acceptance of the specific conditions governing them, in the version published by LAAGAM at the time the use, reservation, and/or contracting occurs through the Website.
4. Purpose
The main purpose of this Website, created and maintained by LAAGAM, is the marketing and sale of clothing and fashion accessories, characterized by their exclusive design and sustainable production. LAAGAM is committed to offering products that follow current fashion trends while also reinterpreting iconic designs to provide Users with unique pieces at competitive prices (hereinafter, the "Products").
At the time of selecting LAAGAM Products, the User must choose the corresponding Product that is available on the Website. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate the sale of these Products to Users.
5. Customer Service
The LAAGAM Website offers Users the possibility to contact Customer Service for any questions or issues that may arise regarding the content in these Terms and Conditions.
To do so, LAAGAM provides its Users with a contact form on the Website, facilitating direct and efficient communication to resolve doubts, issues, or any other matters related to their Products or services. This method ensures personalized attention and complies with current legal regulations, protecting Users' personal information and adhering to privacy and e-commerce laws.
Users must provide their details accurately, truthfully, up-to-date, and completely, as requested in the order form section of the Platform for a product(s).
Among other details, the User must include their contact information (name, surname, product delivery address, phone number, email, payment method, etc.) in this order form.
6. User Account
The Website offers Users the possibility to create an account through an online form that must be completed with the required information.
In this regard, Users agree to use the information or content they have access to through the Platform in a lawful, diligent, honest, and correct manner, all under the principles of good faith, and to respect current laws and these Terms and Conditions at all times.
Users must provide their details accurately, truthfully, up-to-date, and completely, as requested in the registration section of the Website. Among other details, the User must provide their contact information (name, surname, product delivery address, phone number, email, payment method, etc.) in the registration form.
In this regard, with respect to the account the User creates on the Website, the User has full responsibility for its management and use.
As a result, the User is responsible for the proper safeguarding and confidentiality of their username and/or password that allow access to their account, and agrees not to transfer its use to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow third parties access to it.
The User must immediately notify LAAGAM via email at hi@laagam.com of any improper use of their contact details (username and/or password, etc.), due to circumstances such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access, so that LAAGAM can proceed with its cancellation or blocking and/or deactivation as soon as they become aware of the improper use of their User account. Until such events are communicated, LAAGAM will be exempt from any responsibility that may arise from the misuse of usernames or passwords by unauthorized third parties.
7. Use of the Website
Users agree to make lawful, diligent, honest, and correct use of all information or content they have access to through the Website, all in accordance with the principles of good faith and in compliance with current laws and these Terms and Conditions at all times.
LAAGAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of Users who misuse their account, engage in fraudulent activities, or cause or may cause harm to LAAGAM.
In the event that LAAGAM detects any anomaly or has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in fraudulent activities that contravene good faith and these Terms and Conditions, LAAGAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate that User's account, including all Users who may have directly or indirectly benefited from such actions. LAAGAM may also take any necessary legal actions.
In this regard, LAAGAM declares that it has established appropriate mechanisms to detect any fraudulent, abnormal, or malicious actions that may attempt to alter the general conditions of account use by Users.
LAAGAM reserves the right to deny account creation if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms and Conditions.
8. Orders, Sales Conditions, and Warranty
LAAGAM offers its services worldwide.
To make a purchase, Users must complete the purchase form on the Website or, through their User account, complete the purchase process.
In no case will LAAGAM intentionally sell more units than are available in stock. If a Product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the User will be informed and offered the option to delay delivery, replace the Product with a similar one, or receive a refund of the amount paid.
Additionally, LAAGAM will always inform the User that any costs and expenses (shipping fees, customs duties/taxes, etc.) incurred during an international order will be borne by the User, exempting LAAGAM from paying or reimbursing any related costs.
8.1 Shipping Transit Days
The estimated transit time for orders varies depending on the User's location and product availability. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days after payment is received. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched. From that moment, transit time is calculated in business days and varies depending on the customer's location:
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the countries: 5–7 business days
Users can track their order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Transit times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, and holidays. In such cases, the delivery estimate will be updated in the tracking system as soon as possible.
8.2 Prices and Payment Methods
All prices for Products displayed on the Website are expressed in the local currency of the territory and include VAT or any other equivalent indirect tax or its replacement, as well as any other applicable taxes.
Regarding the payment method, the User can pay the total amount for their order through the payment methods accepted on the Website.
Once the payment is made, LAAGAM will send an email to the User confirming the details of the purchase. This email will include a reference code for the purchase, along with the invoice or receipt once the order has been finalized, that is, after the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the corresponding payment.
Users are guaranteed that the payment process is carried out with absolute security, in accordance with the protocols and security services required by the applicable national and European regulations.
The User must notify LAAGAM of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases by sending an email to hi@laagam.com, as soon as possible so that LAAGAM can take the necessary actions.
8.3 Shipping Costs
LAAGAM offers free shipping for orders over €150 in Spain, and to other countries as specified in the shipping section of our website. Additionally, by including VAT, LAAGAM ensures full transparency in pricing for its Users.
8.4 Customs Duties and Tariffs
We work with Global-e, our partner that handles the entire customs process and provides the customer with specific cost information at checkout. Depending on the destination country, the customer can choose to pay these costs when placing the order or when the goods are delivered.
In some countries, LAAGAM subsidizes part of these costs, while in others, the customer bears 100% of the costs. All detailed information about customs duties and tariffs is clearly and transparently displayed to the customer during the checkout process, based on the specific destination country.
If we subsidize 100% of the costs, this will be clearly indicated to the customer at checkout, informing them that all expenses are included and they will not incur any additional charges.
In cases where we only subsidize part or do not subsidize anything, we offer the customer two options:
- Pay the customs duties and tariffs along with the purchase: This way, the order will be delivered without any additional charges or effort from the customer, as Global-e will handle the entire process.
- Not pay the duties at checkout: In this case, the customer will need to handle settlement with the customs agency in their country independently, if necessary.
In any case, it is important to note that customs duties and taxes are set and collected by the customs authorities of each country and may be subject to change without prior notice.
As a GDDP-enrolled retailer, LAAGAM offers Canadian customers a full refund of all duties and taxes paid on any items returned. This refund is processed automatically alongside the product refund, with no additional steps required from the customer.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
a) Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, Users who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify LAAGAM of their decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email to hi@laagam.com) or by completing and submitting the withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms and Conditions (Annex 1).
Once the withdrawal has been communicated, LAAGAM will send the User the necessary information and instructions to proceed with the return of the Product. The User must return the Product without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of communicating their decision to withdraw.
LAAGAM will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days from the date on which LAAGAM is informed of the User's decision to withdraw. LAAGAM may withhold the refund until it has received the returned Product or until the User provides proof of having sent the Product back, whichever occurs first.
The User shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product, unless LAAGAM has agreed to cover these costs.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the cases provided for in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Law), including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
b) Return of Defective Products
If the User believes that the Product does not meet its specifications, they must immediately contact LAAGAM at the email address hi@laagam.com, detailing the Product and the defect, and specifying whether they wish to return the Product or exchange it for another identical one.
The User may return the Products to the location where they were delivered, to a courier sent by LAAGAM, or return the Product using their own means. Once the returned Product has been inspected, LAAGAM will send, within a reasonable time, an email informing the User whether the Product will be refunded or replaced (the "Refund or Exchange Decision"). In such a case, the Product will be refunded or exchanged as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days from the date the Refund or Exchange Decision is sent.
In the case of a refund or exchange of a Product, LAAGAM will fully refund the User the price of the Product, including shipping costs.
c) Common Provisions for Returns
The User must comply with the following requirements to exercise their right of withdrawal and make returns and exchanges of Products:
- To arrange for the collection of the Product, the User must first contact LAAGAM via email at hi@laagam.com.
- The User may exercise their right of withdrawal in any legally accepted form, which will be validly exercised by returning the Product.
- The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. LAAGAM will not refund any amount if the product has been damaged, so the User must take care of the Product while it is in their possession.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the Product.
Additionally, in accordance with Article 108.1 of the Consumer and User Law, the User must return the product(s) to LAAGAM "without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract," and must also bear all direct costs related to the collection of the return order, unless LAAGAM has agreed to cover these costs.
10. Information about LAAGAM's Products and Services
The data included on the Website in the product descriptions is for informational purposes only.
LAAGAM commits to taking all measures within its reach to correct, as quickly as possible, any errors or omissions that occur once it has been informed of them.
Therefore, LAAGAM disclaims any responsibility for errors in this information, although it commits to taking all measures at its disposal to correct the mentioned errors or omissions as soon as it is informed of them.
11. Liability
LAAGAM does not provide any guarantees and is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damages that may arise from accessing or using the contents or the Website. Among others, and by way of example and not limitation, LAAGAM is not responsible for the following circumstances:
- Loss, damage, retention, or delay in delivery of the order due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or acts attributable to the User.
- The lack of availability, maintenance, and effective operation of the Website and/or its services or contents, excluding, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the unavailability or lack of continuity of the operation of the Website.
- The lack of usefulness of the Website or its contents for any service.
- The content of other websites to which links or hyperlinks inserted on LAAGAM's Website may lead.
- The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programs on the Website.
- The illegal, negligent, fraudulent, or contrary use of the Website or its contents by the Users, including any infringement of LAAGAM's or third parties' intellectual property and/or industrial rights.
In any case, LAAGAM commits to resolving any issues that may arise and providing all necessary support to the User to reach a quick and satisfactory resolution of the incident.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights over the content, design, and source code of this Website—including, but not limited to, all rights over photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names, and data included on the Website, as well as any other intellectual and industrial property rights—are owned by LAAGAM or by third parties who have expressly authorized LAAGAM to use them on its Website.
Therefore, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, as well as Law 17/2001, of December 7, on Trademarks, and complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication—including its modality of making available—of all or part of the Website's content, in any format and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from LAAGAM.
LAAGAM does not grant any license or authorization of use over its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other related property or rights concerning the Website. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that the access and browsing of Users imply a waiver, transmission, license, or total or partial transfer of these rights by LAAGAM.
Any unauthorized use of this content without prior authorization from LAAGAM will be considered a serious infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights and will result in the legally established liabilities.
13. Data Protection
LAAGAM respects the privacy of its Users and ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation.
Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data and/or information, including their email address. They also have the right to object to its processing and to be informed about any data transfers carried out, all in accordance with applicable regulations.

14. Modifications
The information on this Website is current as of the date of its last update. LAAGAM reserves the right to update, modify, or remove the information on this Website, as well as these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any other information.
The modifications to the Terms and Conditions will take effect from the moment they are published on this Website.
15. Nullity and Effectiveness of Clauses
All clauses or provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be interpreted independently and autonomously. If any of them are declared null and void by a final judicial ruling or arbitration decision, the rest of the stipulations will not be affected. The affected clause(s) will be replaced by others that preserve the intended effects of these Terms and Conditions.
16. Language
LAAGAM may translate these Terms and Conditions or any other policy published on the Platform. In case of a conflict with other translations, the English version will prevail.
17. Right of Exclusion
LAAGAM reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, to any Users who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
18. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
For the resolution of any dispute, issue, or claim arising directly or indirectly from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the parties waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the User's place of residence.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, LAAGAM informs Users residing in the European Union that, in the event of a dispute, they may access the "Online Dispute Resolution Platform" developed by the European Commission to attempt to resolve disputes related to LAAGAM's service provision extrajudicially.

ANNEX 1 — WITHDRAWAL FORM
How to use the withdrawal form:
If you wish to withdraw from this contract, you must inform us of your reasons and return the Product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. If you send the Product back after the established period, LAAGAM reserves the right to reject the package.
Below, we explain how to exercise your right of withdrawal:

- Once we receive the withdrawal form, we will send you the necessary information via email so you can return the purchased Product.

- Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirming the transaction details.

ANNEX 2 — NO BOYFRIEND GIFT PROMOTION
These Particular Conditions govern LAAGAM's "No Boyfriend Gift" promotion (hereinafter, the "Promotion") and complement the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Particular Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Particular Conditions shall prevail with respect to the Promotion.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is available to LAAGAM clients who have accumulated a minimum of €150 in purchases, whether online or in store, prior to or on the same day of their visit to one of the participating physical stores listed in section 5 below.
2. Verification
Eligibility will be verified by LAAGAM through the client's purchase history associated with the email address used in their previous orders. The client must provide such email at the time of redeeming the Promotion.
3. Conditions of the Gift
The following conditions apply to the No Boyfriend Gift (hereinafter, the "Gift"):
- One (1) Gift per eligible client.
- The Gift must be collected in person at the participating store by the eligible client. Pick-up by a third party is not permitted under any circumstances.
- The client may choose from the sizes and colors of the Gift available at the participating store at the time of the visit, subject to stock availability.
- The Gift is personal and non-transferable.
- The Gift cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
- No exchanges or returns of the Gift will be accepted.
- The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or gift vouchers.
4. Duration
The Promotion is valid while supplies last. LAAGAM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, in accordance with section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions.

6. Acceptance
