Legislation applicable and competent jurisdiction

The Conditions of Use of the Website are subject to the laws of Spain and any disputes arising from the said Conditions shall be resolved in the courts and magistrates courts of Barcelona, Spain, which will have sole and exclusive competence in relation to any other jurisdiction. This shall be without prejudice to the competence of the courts and magistrates courts of the place of residence of the consumer in cases in which the User has the status of consumer and user in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law No. 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws or the regulation currently in force which may replace it at any given time.
