Creative talent is usually hit hardest during crisis because it's seen by a lot of companies and people as a non-essential. But what is more essential than Beauty? Isn't Beauty a way to make life more appealing specially during harsh times?
We saw during the last crisis how careers were destroyed: lots of emerging brand faded away, new personal projects were canceled, many big brands adjusted creative teams in the name of efficiency.
We are afraid that this health crisis will have a similar impact on a Generation that seems to be living on a perpetually on the edge.
