Creative talent is usually hit hardest during crisis because it's seen by a lot of companies and people as a non-essential. But what is more essential than Beauty? Isn't Beauty a way to make life more appealing specially during harsh times?

We saw during the last crisis how careers were destroyed: lots of emerging brand faded away, new personal projects were canceled, many big brands adjusted creative teams in the name of efficiency.

We are afraid that this health crisis will have a similar impact on a Generation that seems to be living on a perpetually on the edge.

We're aware we're a tiny brand, just a drop in the ocean of the economy. But as the founder of Olivetti Typewriters said: "a functional company on a dysfunctional country is worthless". We have to do more and to do better: companies are also a tool for promoting the general interest.

Because our mission is to inspire women, we feel nothing is more aligned with our raison d'etre than promoting female talent for a more beautiful world through fashion design.

So knowing our limitations, we have decided to launch our EMERGING TALENT PROGRAM:

- Every quarter, we'll partner with an emerging female designer.

- We'll design and produce together 1-3 pieces per collaboration.

- We'll give you full visibility and ownership of the designs following our guidelines.

- You'll get an upfront 600€ payment + 5% sales commission generated by your designs forever.

Our idea is to help you materialize your talent through our structure, so you can have a monetary and exposure reward to boost your creative career.

4. A shareable portfolio that clearly shows your style.

5. Be able to generate invoices to companies.

6. Ability to find and deal with suppliers.

7. Willingness to be a team-worker and involve yourself 100% during the partnership.

8. Sustainable approach to design and manufacturing will be highly appreciated.
