AL REALIZAR UN PEDIDO EN LAAGAM, TIENE 30 DÍAS DESDE LA FECHA DE ENTREGA PARA SOLICITAR UN CAMBIO DE ARTÍCULO(S) O UN REEMBOLSO DE SU DINERO

You can exchange your order for whatever you need: another product, size, color, or store credit for future purchases. Exchanges and store credit are free of charge.

You can also request a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase at a cost of €3.90 within Spain and €10 within Europe. We’ll proceed with the reimbursement once we receive the goods in our warehouse and confirm they are unused.

We issue a full refund for the items, but customers will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs paid when placing an order at laagam.com.

Just remember you have 30 days from the delivery date!

Important note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and can be processed through our returns platform below.

Canary Islands customers must cover the return customs fees in order for the goods to reach our warehouse and the refund to be approved.

Laagam no acepta artículos que no tengan la etiqueta original o que hayan sido usados, alterados o lavados. Algunos de nuestros artículos, por sus características únicas, deben cumplir las siguientes condiciones para poder ser devueltos:
