How delivery works?

You just bought from laagam, do you want to know what happens until you get your order?

1. Order confirmation: 
Done! Once you make your order, you'll get a confirmation email. We'll keep registering orders until the campaign ends.

2. Production at our ateliers:
Once a campaign ends production starts at our ateliers in Spain and Portugal. Because everything is done nearshore, production is very fast. We'll let you know as soon as your order has been handmade.

3. Shipping preparation:
When production is finished, we receive the goods at our warehouse and start preparing all the orders. We'll let you know one once your order is ready to be shipped.

4. Delivery:
You'll get a tracking link via email/sms to track your delivery, in no time you'll have it with you: between 19/02 - 24/02.

Getting you the best deals for luxury quality products with minimal environmental impact requires a little more waiting. Why? Because production starts once the sale ends.

As no material or energy is misused making this piece, we can offer a better price. What is good for the planet is good for you: -20% of discount vs normal price.

On demand production asures that nothing is wasted, we are not over-producing to incite an over consumption that is killing the Earth. We will only produce what we know is going to be used. 

After the sales period ends, we close the orders and start production in Spain and Portugal (you'll get it in 2-3 weeks). The product only may be available again if enough clients join the waitlist.

Shipping & returns

Exchange of size (until stock lasts), exchange for other items, credit for future purchases and reimbursement is accepted until 30 days after receiving your order. Free returns in Spain, costs may apply internationally.

Shipping date is tentative and some minor delays out of our control can occur. Once the product is finished, we'll confirm the final delivery date by email.

Important: any import duty or extra charges on reception of the goods should be settled by the customer. Orders to the Canary Islands may take longer than expected (between 3 - 10 labor days) and can be stopped by customs. Please send us your DNI at girls@laagam.com every time you make an order.
